Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g beetroot, peeled, grated
- 400 g potatoes, floury, peeled, grated
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), chopped
- 3 tbsp Flour, instant
- Salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mix together the beets, potatoes, onions, and flour and season generously with salt and pepper. Form into 8 equal-sized rösti and fry in hot rapeseed oil, turning occasionally. Serve with smoked salmon and horseradish or wasabi cream.
