Beetroot salad with garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 beetroots, cooked
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • possibly salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Slice the beets. Crush the garlic and mix well with the other ingredients, then drizzle the dressing over the beets. You can also salt the beets beforehand, if you like.
