Beetroot salad with Harzer

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g beetroot, vacuum-packed
  • 200 g Harzer cheese
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp, stalked parsley, dried
  • 1 tsp, sautéed marjoram
  • n. B. Salt and pepper, black, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the beetroot and Harzer into small cubes. Press the garlic through a garlic press. Mix everything in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and let it sit for about 30 minutes. Per serving, approximately 267 kcal.
