  • 350 g beetroot, ready, in foil
  • 20 g coarse-grained sea salt

Chop the beetroot, chop it, and place it on a baking tray in the oven. 30 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius (fan oven). 30 minutes at 80 degrees Celsius (fan oven), but it still won’t be completely dry. So, in winter, place it on a plate on the radiator overnight. This yields approximately 50g of fiber, which is mixed with 20g of sea salt. Result: approximately 70g of beetroot salt. It colors light sauces, salad dressings, quark, mayonnaise, etc. bright pink.
