Beetroot with Wasabi

The perfect beetroot with wasabi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 size Red beet
  • 4 El Inchi oil
  • 4 El Wasabi powder
  • 1 pcs Lemon
  • 3 stem Parsley
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Smoked salmon
  1. Cut the cooked peeled beetroot (beetroot) into slices.
  2. Mix the wasabi, lemon juice, inchi oil (or neutral sesame oil) together. Marinate the red beetroot slices with it.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley and smoked fish. (also goes well with smoked ham 🙂
