Lemon Muffins

The perfect lemon muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dough:

  • 180 g Butter
  • 180 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 packet Ground lemon peel
  • 3 Eggs
  • 180 g Flour

For dusting:

  • 180 g Powdered sugar

For the dough:

  1. Put the butter, powdered sugar and grated lemon zest in a mixing bowl and stir.
  2. Add the eggs.
  3. Sift the flour, add and stir.
  4. Fill the dough into muffin cups or silicone molds and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 175 degrees for about 25 minutes.

For dusting:

  1. Let cool down a bit after baking and dust with powdered sugar.
