Lemon Muffins
The perfect lemon muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dough:
- 180 g Butter
- 180 g Powdered sugar
- 1 packet Ground lemon peel
- 3 Eggs
- 180 g Flour
For dusting:
- 180 g Powdered sugar
For the dough:
- Put the butter, powdered sugar and grated lemon zest in a mixing bowl and stir.
- Add the eggs.
- Sift the flour, add and stir.
- Fill the dough into muffin cups or silicone molds and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 175 degrees for about 25 minutes.
For dusting:
- Let cool down a bit after baking and dust with powdered sugar.
