quick and easy irresistible

First, take the potatoes, wash them, and peel them. Then, halve the potatoes and cut each half into slices about 5 mm wide, creating half-moon shapes. Dust the potatoes with a little flour. Place a pan of oil on the stovetop or use a deep fryer if you have one. Heat the oil or turn on the deep fryer. Once the oil is hot, add a portion of the potatoes one at a time and fry for about 2-3 minutes. When they are golden yellow and crispy, remove the potatoes and place them on a paper towel to drain. Once done, add salt to the Belgian potatoes, and they’re ready to serve. Serve the Belgian potatoes as quickly as possible, as they can become mushy otherwise. They taste particularly good with homemade mayonnaise or tasty ketchup. Belgian potatoes are a great side dish or simply eaten on their own.
