Bell Pepper Cevapcici on Garlic Spinach and Feta Yogurt

The perfect bell pepper cevapcici on garlic spinach and feta yogurt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 Fresh shallot
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 3 Stems Fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Hot paprika powder
  • 100 g Cream yogurt
  • 100 g Feta
  • 200 g Spinach young
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice
  1. Cut the bell pepper, shallot and garlic into small cubes. Sauté everything in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil for 5 minutes over a medium heat. Let cool.
  2. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stalks. Place the minced meat, paprika-Schlotten-garlic mixture, egg, breadcrumbs, paprika powder, thyme, paprika powder, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix with your hands to form 8 long rolls to shape .
  3. Heat 1El oil in a pan and fry the cevapcici all over.
  4. Roughly crumble the feta and mix with the yoghurt. Season with a little paprika.
  5. For the garlic spinach: Sort the baby spinach, wash and spin dry. Cut the garlic into thin sheaths. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan. Steam the garlic until translucent. Add the spinach in 2 portions and allow to collapse. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice .
  6. Spread the garlic spinach, cevapcici and feta yoghurt on plates and serve.
