Quark with Radishes, Spring Onions and Jacket Potatoes

The perfect quark with radishes, spring onions and jacket potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Curd 0.3%
  • 200 g Radish
  • 1 Spring onions approx. 50 g
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill

  • 300 g New potatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Radishes for garnish
  • Olive oil or linseed oil
  1. Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut diagonally into rings.
