Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 500 g beans, green
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Wash and slice the bell peppers, wash and trim the beans. Slice the onion. Trim and slice the mushrooms. Heat oil in a pan. Add all prepared ingredients to the pan and sauté until al dente. Season with salt and pepper.
