Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 10 tbsp milk
- Honey
- Egg yolk or margarine for brushing
- Sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the first 5 ingredients with a hand mixer. I then stir 2-3 tablespoons of honey into the dough, which is a bit sticky. You can then shape the dough as desired; I simply roll it into small sausages and then brush them with egg yolk or margarine. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Then dust with sugar.
