  • 1 tsp Butaris (clarified butter)
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 tsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the veal liver ready to cook, salt, pepper and turn it lightly in flour and then carefully pour it into the hot Butaris, please keep the temperature low, otherwise this liver will also be hard and tough.
  • Now remove the core from the apples and cut into slices, fry them in hot butter until golden. In the meantime, peel the onions and cut them into slices and fry them in butter.
