Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g margarine
  • 400 g brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 500 g flour
  • 100 g cocoa powder, dark
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp clove powder
  • 500 g hazelnuts, whole
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • n. B. Grease for the sheet
  • 300 g chocolate coating (dark or milk chocolate to taste)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

with lots of nuts

Using a hand mixer, mix the margarine with sugar and salt. Gradually add the eggs. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, cinnamon, and clove powder) and stir in portions. Knead in the nuts. Roll out the dough onto a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 175°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately cut into small rectangles. Let cool. Dip the pieces individually into melted chocolate coating and let dry.
