Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g butter
- 140 g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 25 g hazelnuts, ground
- 25 g hazelnuts, chopped

Cream the butter with both sugars until fluffy and stir in the eggs. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a separate bowl and stir half of it into the egg and butter mixture. Gradually add the buttermilk. Then add the remaining flour mixture and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a muffin tin lined with paper baking cups. Mix the remaining teaspoon of cinnamon with the ground and chopped hazelnuts and sprinkle over the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
