Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml buttermilk or yogurt
  • 300 ml water, cold
  • 250 g berries, to taste
  • 9 sweetener tablets, crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Perfect for breakfast when you are not very hungry

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. You can use either fresh or frozen berries. Frozen ones make it wonderfully icy and creamy. You can also use sugar instead of sweetener.
