Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 ml buttermilk
  • 500 ml milk
  • 300 g berries, e.g. strawberries, raspberries, etc.
  • some cinnamon
  • some sugar
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Puree all ingredients in a blender or with an immersion blender and season with cinnamon, sugar, and lemon juice. Tip: In summer, crushed ice also goes well with this.
