Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g yogurt of your choice
- 1 banana(s), preferably ripe
- 1 handful of berries, frozen
- 200 ml oat milk (oat drink), milk or water

Fruit Bomb
Simply slice the banana and blend it with yogurt, berries, and your chosen liquid. Frozen berries are best thawed for about 20 minutes beforehand. If you prefer fresh berries instead of frozen ones, you can of course use them. The ripe banana adds a natural sweetness to the smoothie.
