Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 handful of currants
  • 1 handful of raspberries
  • 1 handful of gooseberries
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • e.g. agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with currants, raspberries and gooseberries

Combine apple juice and all the berries in a blender or food processor and puree. Season with agave syrup and divide the smoothie between two glasses. It tastes best chilled!
