Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g mixed berries, frozen
  • 100 ml milk or plant-based drink, e.g. almond drink
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 small banana(s), sliced
  • some berries, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

easy and fast

Place the frozen berries, milk, and maple syrup in a blender and blend. Meanwhile, slice the banana and set aside the fresh berries. Once all the ingredients are well blended in the blender and the consistency is creamy, transfer the mixture to a bowl and garnish with the banana and fresh berries.
