Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 110 g oat flakes, fine
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 90 g cheese, grated
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tsp, heaped marjoram
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp, sifted breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

simple recipe

Finely chop the onion. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes. Then form the mixture into about 6 “patties.” Fry the patties in a pan at medium heat for 5 minutes on each side until crispy brown. Don’t overheat, or they’ll burn quickly. I like to make them a little smaller each time to make party patties. The mixture will then serve about 15. Tip: Cut the finished patties into small pieces and pour curry sauce over them to create a curry patty.
