simple Asian-style low-carb dish

Cut the turkey breast into bite-sized, flat pieces and marinate in the teriyaki sauce for at least 2 hours. Then skewer the pieces of meat so that they’re all facing one side, allowing plenty of surface area for cooking. For the crust, mix chia seeds with three times the amount of sesame seeds in a shallow dish. Then fry the skewers in a steak pan with a little sesame oil. Remove from the pan, season lightly with salt if desired, and roll them in the seeds until they’re almost completely coated. I served this with fresh bell peppers and Mediterranean oven-baked vegetables.
