Ingredients

  • 3 Parasol - mushrooms
  • 2 Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Parasol - carefully brush off mushrooms with a brush and remove the stem - it will not be eaten!
  • Stick the egg together and mix the breadcrumbs vigorously with salt and pepper - this is better for seasoning.
  • Turn the mushrooms in the egg first - so that there is also some of them in the lamellas - then the breading will hold better. Then turn the mushrooms in the breadcrumbs and press them lightly.
  • Heat plenty of oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms until golden brown, drain on paper towels and serve.
  • My husband doesn't need a side dish, he enjoys it pure.
