The perfect parasol – mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Parasol – mushrooms
  • 2 Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt pepper
  • Oil for frying
  1. Parasol – carefully brush off mushrooms with a brush and remove the stem – it will not be eaten!
  2. Stick the egg together and mix the breadcrumbs vigorously with salt and pepper – this is better for seasoning.
  3. Turn the mushrooms in the egg first – so that there is also some of them in the lamellas – then the breading will hold better. Then turn the mushrooms in the breadcrumbs and press them lightly.
  4. Heat plenty of oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms until golden brown, drain on paper towels and serve.
  5. My husband doesn’t need a side dish, he enjoys it pure.
