Parasol – Mushrooms

- 3 Parasol – mushrooms
- 2 Eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt pepper
- Oil for frying
- Parasol – carefully brush off mushrooms with a brush and remove the stem – it will not be eaten!
- Stick the egg together and mix the breadcrumbs vigorously with salt and pepper – this is better for seasoning.
- Turn the mushrooms in the egg first – so that there is also some of them in the lamellas – then the breading will hold better. Then turn the mushrooms in the breadcrumbs and press them lightly.
- Heat plenty of oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms until golden brown, drain on paper towels and serve.
- My husband doesn’t need a side dish, he enjoys it pure.
