Bibi's pork fillet with peaches in dark sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork fillet(s) (10 P.)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cans of peach(s), naturally sweet (450 g each), drained
  • Peach juice from one of the cans
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp tomato ketchup, light (1 p.)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

WW – suitable – with lots of sauce

Divide the pork fillet into medallions and season well on all sides with salt and pepper. Sear in a large, deep nonstick pan. Mix the peach juice from one can with the soy sauce and ketchup and pour over the meat. Reduce the heat to low. Simmer gently with the lid on for about 10 minutes. Then add the peaches and simmer gently for another 10 minutes. The entire pan scores just 11 points according to WW when using light ketchup. Serve with rice or noodles. These noodles are best served with rice. These noodles are charged separately.
