  • 1 can/n tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 cup cream or condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

cheap cooking

Dice the onions and fry them in margarine until translucent. Finely slice the bell peppers. Add all the ingredients to the pot, mix, bring to a boil, and simmer over low heat for 3 hours. It tastes best when left to infuse overnight and served the next day. If desired, you can add some (pre-cooked) potatoes or brown some meat (strips or diced) with the onions. Super delicious, simple, makes a lot, and inexpensive!
