Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise (Miracel Whip)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 jar mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 jar asparagus
  • some celery, pickled (optional)
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Egg salad

Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise (Miracel Whip), lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a sauce. Drain the asparagus and mushrooms. Cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces. Dice the celery and cooked ham. Roughly chop or slice the eggs. Pour the sauce over all ingredients and mix lightly.
