Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g vine tomatoes
- 1 large garlic clove(s)
- 1 handful of parsley, without stems
- 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, hot
- 1 tsp, levelled black pepper, coarsely ground
- 1 pinch allspice, ground
- n. B. Salt
- 130 g wholemeal spelt pasta, cooked
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wholemeal spelt pasta without fat, with tomatoes, garlic, parsley
Wash and chop the tomatoes, removing the tough stems. Add the tomatoes to a pot and simmer for a total of 8 minutes. Finely chop or crush the garlic clove and finely chop the parsley. Add both to the tomatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes, so they continue to cook for a while. Add the seasonings as well. Then add the cooked whole-wheat pasta and simmer for another 2 minutes to ensure the pasta is piping hot.
