fast, good and cheap
Mix all the spices well and toss the turkey meat in it. Divide the salad among 4 small bowls. Heat the olive oil and fry the turkey cubes until nicely browned. Mix the sour cream, yogurt, and salad seasoning well and pour into a serving dish. Mix together a cocktail sauce from ketchup, mayonnaise, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce and pour it into a serving dish. Cut the pita breads in half and bake briefly until crispy. Place the bottom half of the bread on each of 4 large plates (I use pasta plates because it looks so good), empty the salad/vegetable bowl over it, place the meat on top, and cover with the other half of the bread. At the table, everyone pours the cocktail sauce and white sauce over the meat and vegetables. This can also be made with chicken breast, but it tastes better with turkey.
