Black Forest blueberry ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g blueberries, frozen
  • 1 cup of cream, 200 g
  • 20 g sugar
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Puree the frozen blueberries with 100g of cream in the Thermomix. Then add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Scrape the ice cream out of the Thermomix and form into balls. Place in a bowl (you can freeze them until ready to eat). Whip the remaining cream and place it on top of the ice cream. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings, and your delicious Black Forest blueberry ice cream is ready!
