Ingredients
 

For the dough:

  • 550 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 150 g Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 250 g Quark

For the filling:

  • 1 Glass Sour cherries
  • 100 g Chocolate chips

For dusting:

  • 50 g Butter
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

For the dough:

  • Mix flour and baking powder, sieve, transfer to a mixing bowl.
  • Add sugar, vanilla sugar and butter.
  • Add eggs and quark and knead everything well.
  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle.

For the filling:

  • Drain the cherries well and place them on kitchen paper. Then spread on the dough.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate pieces on the dough.
  • Roll up the dough and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for about 60 minutes.

For dusting:

  • Melt the butter and use a brush to spread it onto the hot cake.
  • Sieve the powdered sugar on the stollen.
