Ingredients
For the dough:
- 550 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 175 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 150 g Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 250 g Quark
For the filling:
- 1 Glass Sour cherries
- 100 g Chocolate chips
For dusting:
- 50 g Butter
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
For the dough:
- Mix flour and baking powder, sieve, transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Add sugar, vanilla sugar and butter.
- Add eggs and quark and knead everything well.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
For the filling:
- Drain the cherries well and place them on kitchen paper. Then spread on the dough.
- Sprinkle the chocolate pieces on the dough.
- Roll up the dough and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 60 minutes.
For dusting:
- Melt the butter and use a brush to spread it onto the hot cake.
- Sieve the powdered sugar on the stollen.
