Black Forest Cherry Mug
The perfect black forest cherry mug recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 ml Sour cherries from the glass
- 1 tsp Food starch
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Cinammon
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 15 g Whole milk chocolate grated
- 50 g Cream
- 125 g Quark lean
- Whip the cream until stiff. Lift under the curd. Finally fold in the grated chocolate.
- Put half a glass of sour cherries (equivalent to 350ml) in a saucepan, add cornstarch, sugar and cinnamon, then bring to the boil. Finally add the lemon juice. Let the mixture cool down.
- First put two tablespoons of cherries in a mug, then add about the same amount of quark mixture. Layer up to the top. Two glasses should be filled. At the top you can decorate everything with a little chocolate.
