Black Horse – Dark Barbecue Grill Sauce
The perfect black horse – dark barbecue grill sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 ml Tomato juice
- 2 tbsp Roast stock with roast fat [best from Kasseler]
- 2 tbsp Sausage water [from the sausage glass, salty]
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Soup seasoning, liquid
- 1 tbsp Beet juice / sugar beet syrup
- 1 tsp Crema di balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Food starch
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tsp Oregano (wild marjoram) spice
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
Dark barbecue grill sauce:
- Measure out all ingredients and stir cold, then briefly heat in a pan. Boil in suitable screwable containers (bottles or glasses) until use.
Usable:
- For spare ribs, steaks and many other grilled items.
