Black Horse – Dark Barbecue Grill Sauce

The perfect black horse – dark barbecue grill sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 ml Tomato juice
  • 2 tbsp Roast stock with roast fat [best from Kasseler]
  • 2 tbsp Sausage water [from the sausage glass, salty]
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Soup seasoning, liquid
  • 1 tbsp Beet juice / sugar beet syrup
  • 1 tsp Crema di balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Food starch
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano (wild marjoram) spice
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil

Dark barbecue grill sauce:

  1. Measure out all ingredients and stir cold, then briefly heat in a pan. Boil in suitable screwable containers (bottles or glasses) until use.

Usable:
