Black Pudding Lasagna
The perfect black pudding lasagna recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Blood sausage
- 125 g Camembert cream setting
- 3 Lasagne sheets
- 400 ml Low-Fat milk
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 1 Apple fresh
- Cook the lasagne sheets in salted water until they are firm to the bite.
- Cut the apple and camembert into thin slices.
- Mix the milk and flour.
- Now layer in a baking dish as follows: milk sauce – lasagne plate – black pudding / camembert – apple – lasagne plates – black pudding / camembert – (…) – finish with black pudding – milk sauce
- Bake in the oven at 220 ° C until browned.
