Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ radish(s), black
- 300 g cream cheese, natural
- 100 g sour cream
- 3 tbsp chives, fresh, in rolls
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and finely dice the radish. Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir in the radish and chives. Serve with bread, for example.
