Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g salsify, ready to cook
- 100 g light raw ham
- 50 g herb cream cheese, light
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Salsify can be purchased pre-peeled and packaged. Cook the salsify until al dente. Then roll it up in the slices of raw ham, which have previously been spread with herb cream cheese, and secure it. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes.
