Blackberry – Apple – Plum Jam

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g blackberries
  • 500 g plum(s), pitted and chopped.
  • 500 g apples, peeled and diced.
  • 1,500 g gelling sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Mix the washed fruit with the gelling sugar and let stand, covered, for a few hours or, ideally, overnight. Bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer for at least 4 minutes. While still hot, pour into twist-off jars and leave upside down for 15 minutes.
