Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg blackberries
- 500 g sugar
- 1 liter of water
- 2 lemons, juice
- 2 oranges, juice

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Wash and sort the fruit. Finely purée the blackberries in a blender. Combine the blackberry purée with the water and sugar in a large saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer for 30 minutes. Ten minutes before the end of the cooking time, add both juices. Then strain through a sieve lined with a cotton cloth into a bowl. Using a funnel, pour into clean, boiled jars. Seal tightly and let cool. Store in a cool place. This yields just under 2 liters of blackberry juice.
