Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g currants, black
  • 500 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Puree the cleaned berries and sugar together in a blender, then pour into jars and let stand overnight to set. It will keep longer in the refrigerator, but will be consumed more quickly.
