How Much Salt to Pickle Cabbage: Simple and Effective Tips

One of the most popular and favorite pickles for the winter is cabbage. It does not take too much effort to make it, but it will take some time.

Let’s start with how much salt per 3-liter jar of cabbage: about 3 kg of shredded cabbage will fit into this container, so we will need 3 tbsp. of salt without a hill. Note that you need salt not iodized, but ordinary salt.
