How to Remove Cracked Heels: Feet Will Be Beautiful and Healthy

Cracked heels are a common problem for people who spend all day on their feet. Coarse and cracked skin on the feet not only does not look aesthetically pleasing but also causes discomfort when walking.

Foot Baths

Foot baths soften the skin and relieve feet fatigue, removing roughness and cracked feet. Solutions with baking soda (1 tbsp. per 1 liter of water), sea salt (2 tbsp. per 1 liter of water), or hydrogen peroxide (4 tbsp. per 1 liter of water) are efficient against cracks. Steam your feet in warm water for 20-30 minutes and rub them with a pumice stone. The rougher the skin, the more of the substance should be dissolved in water.

Vaseline

Vaseline is excellent for softening heels. Apply the ointment to the feet twice a day, morning and evening. Vaseline is rubbed into the skin until completely absorbed and then socks are worn. The effect will be noticeable in a few days.

Apple lotions

Effective remedy against cracks – lotions of grated apples or onions. Grate the raw material on a fine grater, wrap it in a thick cloth, and apply it to the heel. Put a cellophane bag on top and fix it with a plaster. The lotion is put on a full night, and in the morning washed heels, Penza, from softened skin.

Cabbage leaves

As lotions to soften the heels also use cabbage leaves. Heels are smeared with honey, and then the cabbage leaves are applied. On top secure a sock or plaster. With such a lotion sleep all night.

Potato peels and flax seeds

Mix in equal quantities of potato peels and flax seeds. Put it in a pot, pour water, and boil until it is a thick pulp. Slightly cool the mixture and immerse feet in it for 15-20 minutes. Then rub the skin on the heels with Penza and lubricate them with iodine.
