Blondies with Cranberry

  • 225 g Flour
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 200 g Melted butter
  • 100 g Couverture
  • 3 tbsp Chopped almonds
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Dried cranberry
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0,5 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Melt the butter and stir in the sugar.
  2. In an extra bowl, mix the flour with baking soda, baking powder and a pinch of salt
  3. Bit by bit, beat the eggs into the butter / sugar mass and add the vanilla extract. Chop the couverture (light or dark / or both) and fold into the dough. Gradually stir the flour into the dough so that it does not form lumps. Fold in the almond slivers.
