Blondies with Cranberry

- 225 g Flour
- 300 g Sugar
- 200 g Melted butter
- 100 g Couverture
- 3 tbsp Chopped almonds
- 2 piece Eggs
- 3 tbsp Dried cranberry
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 0,5 tsp Baking soda
- 1 pinch Salt
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Melt the butter and stir in the sugar.
- In an extra bowl, mix the flour with baking soda, baking powder and a pinch of salt
- Bit by bit, beat the eggs into the butter / sugar mass and add the vanilla extract. Chop the couverture (light or dark / or both) and fold into the dough. Gradually stir the flour into the dough so that it does not form lumps. Fold in the almond slivers.
- Carefully fold the cranberries into the batter. Then place the whole thing on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 25-35 minutes, depending on the oven. Let cool and cut into shape.
