Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ lime(s)
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • Ginger Ale
  • 2 cl Blue Curaçao, (alternatively Blue Curaçao syrup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Cut the lime half in half twice more and muddle it with the sugar in the glass. Add ice to the glass and fill with ginger ale. Finally, add the Blue Curaçao (for a non-alcoholic version, add Blue Curaçao syrup). Tip: Those who prefer a stronger drink can add 2-6 cl of Chachaça. The cocktail also tastes delicious with sparkling wine instead of ginger ale.
