Ingredients for 24 servings:
- 220 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 150 g Gorgonzola or Roquefort
- 80 g butter
- 20 cl milk
- 80 g pine nuts
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 sprig of parsley

Preheat oven to 180°C. Quickly melt the cheese and butter in the microwave. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, eggs, milk, and finely chopped parsley, and knead into a dough. Dry-roast the pine nuts, chop them, and stir them into the dough. Pour the batter into a suitable silicone mold. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C, then for 10 minutes at 210°C. Remove from the mold while still lukewarm. Makes 24 4-cm-thick cakes.
