Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cl schnapps (agave brandy)
  • 2 cl Blue Curaçao, 3 cl Lime Juice
  • 2 cl lemon juice, freshly squeezed, 1 cl lemon juice
  • 1 cl liqueur (Limoncello)
  • 1 tbsp salt, for the salt rim
  • 2 tbsp bottled lemon juice, for the salt rim
  • Lemon(s) – corner for the glass decoration
  • 2 tbsp ice (crushed ice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes

Glass: Prepare a cocktail glass with a salt rim (dip the rim of the glass in lemon juice and then dip it in a small plate with salt). Shake all ingredients vigorously with at least 2 tablespoons of crushed ice and strain into the glass. Place a lemon on the rim of the glass as decoration.
