Blueberry Mascarpone Cream
The perfect blueberry mascarpone cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Blueberries
- 2 tbsp Blueberry jam
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 75 g Meringue dots – bought ready
- 200 g Mascarpone
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 100 g Sugar
- 200 g Whipped cream
- Sort the blueberries, wash and drain well.
- Mix the berries with the jam.
- Coarsely chop the meringue and roughly chop the chocolate.
- Mix the quark, mascarpone and sugar together well.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
- Layer everything in portion glasses, first quark mixture, then blueberries, chopped chocolate and meringue crumbs.
