Blueberry Mascarpone Cream

The perfect blueberry mascarpone cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Blueberry jam
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 75 g Meringue dots – bought ready
  • 200 g Mascarpone
  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  1. Sort the blueberries, wash and drain well.
  2. Mix the berries with the jam.
  3. Coarsely chop the meringue and roughly chop the chocolate.
  4. Mix the quark, mascarpone and sugar together well.
  5. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
  6. Layer everything in portion glasses, first quark mixture, then blueberries, chopped chocolate and meringue crumbs.
