Blueberry muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g blueberries
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 60 g nuts, ground
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 130 g butter
  • 250 ml yogurt
  • e.g. whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For 12 muffins

Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and nuts. Briefly mix the eggs, sugar, butter, and yogurt. Add the flour mixture and stir in. Carefully fold in the blueberries. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups. Pour the batter into the muffin cups. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 30 minutes. Let cool. Serve with whipped cream. Cherries, blackberries, cranberries, or currants are also delicious instead of blueberries.
