Blueberry muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 80 ml oil
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g blueberries
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat the egg, gradually adding the sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in the oil and natural yogurt, then gently fold in the blueberries and flour mixture. Pour the batter into a 12-inch muffin pan lined with paper baking cups. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes. Let cool, then carefully remove from the oven. Dust the muffins with powdered sugar.
