Blueberry muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g blueberries, fresh
  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Beat the sugar and eggs in a bowl with a hand mixer until fluffy. Add the butter and a pinch of salt and mix well. Add the flour and baking powder and mix to form a dough. Carefully fold in the blueberries. Place paper muffin cups in a muffin tin and fill them with the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 25 minutes.
