Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 130 g butter
- 200 g honey
- 2 eggs
- 150 g whole wheat flour
- 1 pinch of vanilla pulp
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Fat for the mold
- 500 g apples
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 75 g walnuts
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Cream 100g butter with 150g honey and the eggs until fluffy. Fold in the flour, vanilla, and baking powder. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Peel the apples, cut them into eighths, drizzle with lemon juice, and place them on the batter. Roughly chop the walnuts, bring to a boil with the milk, remaining butter, and remaining honey, season with cinnamon powder, and spread over the apples once cooled. Bake in an oven preheated to 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes on the lowest rack. Remove the springform pan and let cool on a wire rack. Serve with whipped cream.
