Blueberry muffins with chocolate pudding

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g quark
  • 60 g sugar
  • 60 g butter, liquid
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 25 g vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of chocolate pudding
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 125 g blueberries
  • some milk, if necessary

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix the quark with sugar, butter, and egg. Combine the flour, baking powder, pudding powder, and vanilla sugar and stir in. Add a little milk if the batter needs a little more liquid. Finally, fold in the blueberries, leaving a few for the top if desired. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven). Fill into muffin cups or silicone baking trays and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Tip: If desired, dust with powdered sugar.
